I considered that it could have been my error, so I fixed him and continued playing my game. Even his feet, which I'd initially maxed, were small again. After playing him for an hour, I noticed his body looked off, so I took him back into CAS to see what was wrong, and the pear-shaped body was selected as the base. I used the ultra-buff body template and adjusted his body from there. I made a young adult, male sim in CAS for the purpose of marrying him into my legacy family. And I'm not referring at all to the sliders - this isn't an issue with sims becoming fat or skinny. But my sims' body types are changing during gameplay, seemingly at random. Honestly, I don't know much about what is happening because this bug only started affecting my game today. Custom Content or Mods?
